The Southern Utah Rock Club brings people together who share a common passion for rocks, minerals and jewelry making from southern Utah and surrounding areas.
We offer monthly rock hounding expeditions, a club owned and operated lapidary shop, and the vast wealth of local knowledge and expertise of our members.

Our Mission is:
To educate members and the community to disseminate knowledge about rocks, minerals and other geological materials.
To encourage mineral study, collecting, lapidary and jewelry making as a hobby.
To conduct meetings, lectures, displays, field trips and to promote appreciation of our natural resources.
